Namgis Sale-Horse Foundation
Each horse that you see listed for sale by Namgis Quarter Horses has gone through the same early breaking and training program. They are all started out on the ranch being ridden in the open and used for ranch work. They are started right, with our trainers taking as much time as they need to put a solid foundation on each horse. They get their first 15 rides in a side pull, and the next 15 rides are in a ring snaffle. These horses have been handled regularly from a young age, and it is reflected now in their dispositions as well as how easy they are to work with.
As a result we can offer horses who are quiet, trainable and good natured. They will be light in the bridle and have a solid foundation. The videos of our two year olds that you will see often represent the horse's first ride in the arena, with all of their other riding coming on the ranch. Combining our training program with plenty of cow sense and athletic ability is resulting in some exceptional prospects.
